Continue to the Unfinished Obelisk, located in the ancient granite quarries of Aswan. This enormous monument provides a fascinating insight into the techniques used by the ancient Egyptians to cut and shape massive stone monuments. The obelisk is traditionally associated with Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most famous rulers of the 18th Dynasty.

Afterward, head to the marina and take a motorboat ride to Philae Island to visit the magnificent Temple of Philae, dedicated primarily to the goddess Isis.
