- PayPal: A trusted global network for secure and immediate customer checkout.
- Credit Card (Via Stripe gateway): Certified with international financial safety regulations.
After processing, the system reserves your seat. An official invoice is instantly generated in your dashboard. Both customers and administrators can see the transaction marked as ‘online paid’ with a unique transaction ID. You can review global safety protocols directly on Stripe Security Compliance.
Offline Transfers: How payment works manuallyFor direct bank transfers, this section explains how payment works offline. Administrators must enable bank transfers in the theme backend first. Once authorized, our official banking information will be automatically included in your email template notification right after booking.When you click ‘Book and pay later’, the status appears in both dashboards as ‘pending’. From this state, you can choose to complete your transaction online via credit card or transfer the funds manually through your local bank.
After clicking on the ‘Book and pay later’ button, customer will be able to see the transaction in the backend. There’re two buttons, Submit Payment Receipt and Make An Online Payment.
For Make An Online Payment, customer can perform an online payment via Paypal and Credit Card.
This button allows customers to submit payment receipt after they proceed the bank transfer.
Now admin will be able to verify the receipt via admin’s backend. Admin will have option to approve or reject the receipt submission. After approving or rejecting, the system will send email notification to customer.
